Xanadu is a magical video game released in 1989. It was developed by the company pack-in-video and published by Hudson Soft for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). The game follows the story of a young adventurer named Fred who embarks on a journey through the mystical land of Xanadu in order to rescue a princess. The gameplay of Xanadu combines elements of platforming, action, and RPG. Players control Fred as he navigates through various levels, combating enemies and collecting items along the way.
